Have you ever been inspired to produce something a bit different? To leave your comfort zone and try something you're not sure you can do? Or perhaps you need encouragement and the confidence to promote your work to a wider audience. New Form Arts has developed to encourage the growth or arts and crafts by creating a network of artists and makers living and working in the Ribble Valley. As happens so often it is the sheer beauty of their surroundings that inspires and drives these talented people.
Training and networkingAs well as plenty of encouragement and networking at our regular monthly meetings and social events we can offer training, workshops, mentoring, and up to date news and information about art events and opportunities in the North West. Marketing and exhibitionsWe hold exhibitions to give members the opportunity to showcase their work. Have a look on the News & Events page to see what's coming up. We also produce regular newsletters and high quality brochures. EquipmentIf you're short on resources or the knowledge to use them we have equipment available to help promote your work. The group has an Apple Mac computer with graphics software, a digital camera, a scanner and an A3 photo quality printer. Funding and marketingWe have experience in obtaining grants from local and national funding bodies and can help and advise if that's what you need. Above all we encourage young and old to join in and do it! |
